A3T provides Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations support to Government customers at more than 900 facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. Our holistic approach to IT support values inter-connectivity; communication and formal processes ensure our support teams have insight into the system as a whole, resulting in a 99.995% infrastructure availability. Our services include network support, data center operations, a pre-production testing environment, performance reporting and planning, and ITIL process groups including problem, configuration, change, release, and asset management.

A3T’s approach to systems engineering begins by establishing a partnership with our customer. We collectively define the system’s scope and components, including clarifying the mission and objectives, optimizing enterprise architecture (EA), developing requirements and specifications, and defining metrics to track and analyze performance. We currently support the FAA in the implementation of the NextGen program. A3T has provided systems engineering and software engineering support services for over 15 FAA NAS automation systems, designed and developed EA artifacts for several FAA investment programs, and performed policy development for integration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) into the NAS.

Our RE&D engineers support emerging technologies with technical knowledge and experience with UAS, space operations, NextGEN, and artificial intelligence operations to facilitate their integration safely and efficiently into the NAS. This effort requires collaboration with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including manufacturers, commercial vendors, industry, trade associations, technical standards organizations, academic institutions, research and development centers, governmental agencies, and other regulators.
